The leadership team at Trinity is comprised of elders and deacons.
Following the biblical model for church government, elders are called to oversee the church on all spiritual matters, sheperding and ministering to the believers. In doing so, these men, called by God and confirmed by the church, protect from false teachings and care for the hearts of the church family. Providing spiritual nourishment, they lead with love, seeking to foster a healthy culture of growth and maturity in the faith. The pastor is the lead elder and is called to be a leader among equals, providing oversight to the leadership and care for the church. He is reponsible for casting the vision and navigating the church as God moves it forward for the Kingdom.
